Exclusion of liability:
1. Liability for Content
The content of my website was created with the greatest possible care. However, I do not guarantee that this content is correct, complete and up-to-date and that you will like it. According to § 7 Abs. 1 TMG I am responsible for the content, even if it was ordered.
According to Sections 8, 9 and 10 TMG, I am under no obligation to monitor information that has been transmitted or stored by third parties or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activities.
This does not affect my obligation to block or remove information, which stems from general laws.
However, I am only liable at the moment when I become aware of a specific violation of rights. The content in question will then be removed immediately.
2. Liability for Links
My website contains links that lead to external websites of third parties, over whose content I have no influence. It is therefore not possible for me to assume any liability for this content.
The respective provider/operator of the corresponding website is always responsible for this. I check the websites linked by me at the time of linking for a possible violation of the law in full.
However, I cannot be expected to constantly monitor the content of the linked websites without a concrete indication. However, if I become aware of an infringement, I will remove the relevant link immediately.
3. Copyright
The content contained on my website is protected by copyright as far as possible. Written permission from the creator is required for anyone who reproduces, edits, distributes or uses the content.
Downloading and copying my website is to be permitted in writing for both private and commercial use. I would like to point out that I have always observed the copyright of third parties with regard to the content on my website, insofar as it was not created by me.
If you would let me know that you have found copyright infringement anyway, I would greatly appreciate it. Then I can remove the corresponding content immediately and would no longer infringe the copyright.
4. Privacy
My website can be used regularly without providing personal data. If such data (e.g. name, address or e-mail) should be collected, this will happen voluntarily or only with the express consent of you and me.
The transmission of data on the Internet is subject to security gaps. It is therefore possible that third parties gain access to this data. Complete protection is not possible, albeit praiseworthy.
At this point I object to the use of my contact details in order to send me unsolicited advertising/information material/spam e-mails. Should this happen anyway, I would have to consider legal action.
